OK, first actual post for Scrubbyfrog.com and its about TaeKwonDo. For those who my parents and I haven’t told, I’m taking TaeKwonDo classes Monday, Wendesday, and Friday. I had my dad take a picture of me in my TaeKwonDo “costume” so you could get some kind of idea of what I do in my classes.

We do kicks, punches, some racing here and there, some forms, leaping over bags, more kicks, more punches, and oh yeah, streching. I have fun at TaeKwonDo and enjoy doing it with other people, same color belts and higher color belts.
